Good to know You can easily prepare these pancakes in advance and store them in the refrigerator. They taste great cold and make a perfect little snack between meals when you need a quick bite.
When things feel difficult If you are dealing with nausea or heartburn, it often helps to eat the pancakes in very small bites without any extra toppings. You can also add a pinch of freshly grated ginger to the batter, as many women find this soothes the stomach.
