Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (whole wheat or spelt work well)
- 150 g frozen peas
- 150 g plain yogurt (pasteurized)

- Salt and mild herbs like dill or parsley
Preparation
- Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions.
- Add the frozen peas to the pot for the last three minutes of cooking time.
