Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions, drain, and let it cool briefly.
- Peel the onion and garlic, then chop them into very fine cubes.
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the beef mince, cooked rice, onion, garlic, paprika powder, and oregano.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and wash the peppers.
- Fill the bell peppers evenly with the meat and rice mixture, pressing down gently.
- Pour the sieved tomatoes and olive oil into a baking dish and place the stuffed peppers inside.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 to 40 minutes, until the peppers are soft and the meat is completely cooked through.
- Let the dish cool well before serving, and always check the temperature before offering it to your child.

- Vegetable Variation: You can mix finely grated carrots or zucchini into the meat mixture to include even more vegetables.
- Storage: Leftovers will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for about two days. You can also easily freeze the cooked stuffed peppers and reheat them in the oven when needed.
